Bobby & Jim — Hosts of Not Well

Bobby is a project-manager-by-day, chaos-curator-by-night with a sharp eye for culture, travel, absurdity, and the kind of observations most people are too polite to say out loud. Based in Columbus, Bobby blends Midwestern realism with big main-character energy. He can pivot from airline upgrade strategy to conspiracy theories to deep emotional insight in the span of ten minutes. Equal parts creative schemer and brutally honest commentator, he’s the one chasing the bigger idea, the funnier angle, or the more unhinged story.

Jim is Bobby’s perfect counterweight: organized where Bobby is impulsive, grounded where Bobby spirals, and unintentionally chaotic in ways that make everything better. He brings dry wit, practical skepticism, and the kind of presence that keeps the train on the tracks—while somehow also helping derail it. Jim is the planner who ends up in the weirdest situations, the voice of reason who still gets pulled into nonsense, and the steady hand behind many of the duo’s best disasters.

Together, Bobby and Jim host Not Well, a gay comedy podcast built on hot takes, travel mishaps, internet rabbit holes, pop culture nonsense, friendship chemistry, and saying what everyone else is thinking. Their dynamic is opposites-attract: one part structured, one part feral. The result is fast, funny, unpredictable conversation that feels like sitting in on your most entertaining friends after two drinks and zero supervision.

Not Well isn’t polished wellness culture. It’s personality, honesty, humor, and surviving modern life while laughing at it.
